Many elements in anaesthesia that may cause heart failure, cardiac arrhythmia etc. so its must unless some previous history of local anaesthesia is there.

For out of body storage of grafts there must be some system or solution for best result

Some clinic extract number of grafts than promised. why out of fear of failure of transplant result.
